Founder Charles Adanalian is an American and South African permanent resident with more than 25 years of experience living and working across Sub-Saharan Africa. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise in the mining, energy, and trade sectors throughout Central and Southern Africa. His experience spans mineral and gemstone value chains, international trade and logistics, and cross-cultural business development, enabling him to bridge opportunities between African and American markets. Charles has advised companies on market entry, commercial partnerships, and cross-border operations across frontier economies.
